1. Shipping Policy
All merchandise orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. We currently offer standard shipping only — no expedited or overnight shipping is available at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
Our online store follows the official Refund Policy published on store.elboroom.com.
• We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges for size (in person at our physical location) and will replace defective or incorrect items.
• EU customers retain their 14-day right of withdrawal as required by law.

3. All Sales Final
Except where required by law (such as EU withdrawal rights), all sales are final.
Please double-check your order before purchasing. Requests for refunds or chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider will be declined in accordance with this policy.
4. Subscriptions and Digital Services
Purchases of subscriptions or digital services (such as ElboCam BandCam access) are not covered by this Shop Policy.
Subscriptions are governed by our Subscription & Billing Policy found in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Credit Processing & Statement Descriptor
All credit card and digital payment transactions are securely processed through MVP-Elbo and MVP Management systems.
• Your billing statement may display “MVP-Elbo” or “MVP Management” as the merchant of record.
• This is normal and confirms that your transaction has been securely processed on behalf of the ElboRoom Store.
• If you have questions about a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer so we can assist quickly.
